MikeHD: This sounds a bit like postmodernism, where the individual experience is valued over everything. Pulling down the alters of religion and science alike. There is nothing except what the individual believes in and of themselves. It seeks to stripe us of all past knowledge. Facts become nothing except what we decide to make them. It is the "incredulity toward metanarratives", the pulling down of what was thought to be know before.

Autism/Nihilism/Solipsism go hand in hand with Atheism. And Nietzsche did say that if the death of God didn't occur alongside the rise of the ubermensch - to set the new structures and values of faith in society - then Humanity would regress into an infantile state of hedonism obsessed with nothing but its own experience and completely oblivious to the essential structures of civilisation(like autistics).
