"A YOUTHFUL, spur-of-the moment decision to get a tattoo can damage people’s career prospects for life, a study has found.
Research presented to the British Sociological Association found that no matter how intelligent and articulate a job applicant is, if they have a visible tattoo, most would-be employers will secretly rule them out as looking “dirty” and “unsavoury” or even “repugnant”.
Even employers who do not have a personal objection to body art would think twice about taking on someone with a tattoo because they fear it would damage their corporate image."
It seems a lot of people are still in the dark ages when it comes to body art.

Well there are not many areas a suit doesn't cover and if you go to an interview in a T Shirt and shorts you wont be getting the job anyway.
I love my tattoos and will be adding to them in the future.

the odd very fine wrist or side of hand tatt on a girl can be quite alluring...

I think people would be more concerned about big nasty ones to be honest.
anniebaby: I have both wrists tattooed and it took one person I seen daily 3 years to notice I had them.
wrists are passable it's neck and in your face hand tattoos that get noticed quicker

The back of the neck under the hair can be OK on a woman and the bottom of the neck/top of back is OK on a man IMO.
But those big yokes people get on the side of their neck just look horrible to me. But each to their own I suppose.

I've a star peeking out at the very top of my neck but again not noticed much.
Not a fan of side of neck tattoos either
