A good many people find themselves 'guilty' before a judge could say the same but through false allegations, malicious prosecutions, incompetence, corruption or political interference end up kidnapped into a cage. A wise lawyer in the US once said he would sooner find himself prosecuted as a guilty rich man rather than an innocent poor man. If you are accused you are already one foot in the cage.
