My friend. In town council meetings all over the US some guy gets up and he rants. In our town and in our local newspaper we have a humor writer by the name of David Allen and he has a great time with the "ranters" at our city council meetings.
I doubt Jason A really knows anything. If he did he would have had the answer in his youtube video! Dontcha think?

can you just imagine the effort it would take to supply every school child with a survival kit? That would be outrageous! Note to self: make sure daughter goes to school the week of September 28 to get survival kit
