ooby_dooby: You need a cuisinart type food processor to make this. Take about 2-3 leaves of raw Kale, about a heaping tablespoon of Mayonaise, about the same amount of zesty Italian salad dressing, and about an ice cube size amount of sharp Cheddar cheese. You may want to grate the cheese first to go easy on the food precessor. Grind it all up and you have a really tasty garnish that goes with steak, fish, hamburger, meatloaf, or almost anything. It can be served hot or cold. I usually make several batches and store it in Tupperware in the fridge.
As usual I would love any feedback on this. Thank you.

Sounds tasty except for the mayonnaise which I loathe. Kale supposedly lowers cholesterol and is very healthy so I would substitute the mayonnaise for a yoghourt and hummus based dressing. Fewer calories and more protein. Perhaps also a little mustard?

You wont even taste the mayo because it is totally overpowered by the Italian dressing. I think yogurt would be a fine replacement for the mayo though. I don't like the mustard idea due to it may clash with the Italian dressing. I am not familiar with Hummus.
Yes Kale is very healthy being a dark green leafy vegie.
We ate lots of cooked Kale when I was a kid because it was cheap. It's great with a little lemon juice.

I would taste the mayo! Can't bear it. Hummus is delicious and very versatile, try it.

I agree. Mayo is yucky. I'd use an olive oil based italian dressing, add the mustard, leave out the hummus bit use the yogurt...and put in some jalepenos!
