HexagonKeySet: No, it's far from being the first ... theres over 150 of these already. The one you speak of though is the one where the owners have decided to so heavily promote their business!
We have surgical tourism, dental tourism and etc so hey, why not wander off to India for wee break and and a bit of baby tourism eh?
One wonders though ... what becomes of any child created in such places who dares to enter the world in a 'defective condition'...
we have gay tourism as well don't forget that (top man our PM) as for the defective ones ? sold to the circus .
