Delatude: I think it is best to wait until the inquiry is finished to get a better idea of what happened.
It is clear that the Officers overreacted to the threat, but the behavior of Ms. Miriam Carey raises some questions. The family has the right to get an explanation, but there is more than one side to this story. No need to weave a web of disinformation in the process.

In another interview, a witness to the shooting said officers removed the 13-month-old child from the car then shot and killed the mother.

The witness said, “I saw them try to pull someone from the car and realized when they pulled someone from the car it was a child.”
