The guy I met is lovely, we're going out for lunch tomorrow....we've done the coffee meeting, we've done the movie & take away night. I've met one of his daughters and he's met my son.
We have a lot in common and talk for an hour or so each night on the phone, lots of texts extra.
Unfortunately there's no spark (for me at least) but he'd make a great friend and a fantastic partner for someone.

Can I just say, Sparks can be over-rated and burn out way too quickly.
Much better to build a slow burning fire and bask in the glow for a much longer time.
Don't write off the potential to build something solid with your new friend just yet.

He thanked me for being me, which apparently means slightly crazy.
He thanked me for making him feel alive again.

Can I see myself with him in a years time?
