I feel it has to do that women are ruled by their emotions and hormones which gives us the right to change our opinions, wants, needs and moods in a blink of an eye. Something like that.

I'm going to hazard a guess you don't actually know much about the symptoms, or traits of bipolar disorder.
I have a sneaky feeling that you might be referring to what appears to you to be sudden mood changes.
I suspect the mood changes may appear sudden to you because you don't recognise the subtleties of mood change and only get it when a women gets really, overtly angry with you. This means you may not be paying attention, or really actively listening to the people around you.
I suspect you may not be paying attention, or really actively listening to the people around you because of the blunders in your OP: you describe women as being mentally ill by nature using a stereotype rather than evidence; you describe women as 'females', as if they're an object distant and distinct from you - it's if you're talking about animals you're observing, or manage as livestock.
The way you've spoken about women in your short OP is dismissive, condescending and objectifying...and you're wondering why women's mood changes when they're around you?
Presumably you have the goal of meeting a woman and having a happy, healthy relationship? How's that working for you so far? What can you change in yourself in order to reach your goals?
