Yeah my father used to get that. When he had it he had limited vision as well, all he could see was a fuzziness if he looked in one direction, something like that.

I've had it a few times, depending on how bad it is you might need anti sickness tablets.

It could be inner ear related. That can also be responsible for balance problems, which can lead to feeling dizzy and sick.
Definitely good to see the docs, you don't want to end with something chronicle if there is in infection or such, which must not go along with pain.
