Know how you all love the cricket laugh

Well it's that time of year again - the Poms have just arrived in Brisbane for the start of the Ashes and we have made them feel right at home with storms, hailstones and rain in our summer! rolling on the floor laughing

Think the Aussies have a lot of work to do to pull this one off?

So who's gonna win then? australia cool

I have been preparing myself by sitting back and watching the weeds grass grow. Must admit, cricket is slightly more exciting than watching golf and tennis.

If the weather forecasts are right they might not get in too many overs in Brisbane Barrie, the pubs will probably do a roaring trade though cheers

Got to give the Barmy Army 10 out of 10 for loyalty and dedication? thumbs up

Was sitting out there watching the weeds and grass grow. Made sure I had my hat on and all the sunblock. Was not that thrilling. Ice was melting in the Esky (Chilli-Bin for the Kiwis info). Most excitement was when I had to make the dash to the nearest tree.

So went out and bought a time-lapse camera to so I could sit inside and see the action later. Incredible watching those dandelions sprout up in 30 seconds of non-real time.

I have some extra large garlic growing. Lately it seems to grow about 6" each day. Bit more excitement happening there.help

Can't think of a better way to while away a lazy hot summer afternoon than to watch the lads hitting that ball around the paddock? With a few ice cold beer beer beer

Apart from a seat at a Wimbledon Final? They are both on my list for if and when I win a big Lotto applause applause applause
