They often go hand in hand. Anxiety can cause depression. There are different types of Anxiety too and depression. You're best off talking to an expert on this one and not CS members.

. They most go hand in hand with depression you feel down in yourself, with anxiety its panic attacks that sets a person back from doing what they want to do,just fear of the unknown. I hope you can make sense of that

a normal informed helpful answer would come from a GP or therapist....not many on here is there
