All the kids want money so that's an easy one and we give tokens between siblings. Know what to get mum and will get that when I'm home.

ive everything bought since the 1st week in Nov, including santa, its all wrapped, gift bagged, tagged and locked in the spare bedroom. which leaves me to watch everyone running around like headless chickens for the next 18 days

*looks at cap and scarf she got for mj and stuffs it in back corner of drawer for next year*I know what you mean, I hate the obligation of gift days, hated it when I still lived in England and had to go to true ex's family Boxing day with lots of presents for people I knew nothing about, but it was a must to give presents. In return I received lots of stuff from Boots, all animal tested, and had to fight the tears and a feeling of utter sickness in my stomach.
I prefer seeing something, no matter the season, and knowing that's something someone I care for really would like. I need no gift day declared to me by the system for such, it is just the joy of making someone happy, instead of being forced to buy things because it is expected.
