Well, I've never been to many places but according to a friend who has been flying with Cathay Pacific for the past 28 years and have been practically to every country once told me South Africa is the most beautiful country.

The more you travel the more you realise this question is really unanswerable, each and every country I have visited has its own unique beauty, some stay with you for ever, some just a vague but pleasant memory, I remember clearly the views across the Serengeti even as a child just stunned me, when I first saw the Rockies in Canada I had a similar experience, they looked so new in comparison to the mountains of Europe. China has been an eye opener too, some of the scenery here is literally breathtaking.
If forced to make a decision it would have to be Kenya Africa, it has everything. It's one country I truly miss!!

Flying over the rainforests of Brazil was breathtaking.
From the countries I have visited to date in Europe, Scotland and Italy are lovely.
As well as my beloved beautiful Ireland of course.
There are some spectacular beaches in Cuba, and the people are fab.
On my to-do list is Rwanda, Egypt/Jordan and Iceland. As well as most of the rest of the world!
So many places, so little money ...

For beauty.. that type of beauty that takes your breath away, I would have to say the dolomite area of north Italy..
but for interesting, I like cities.. with history..so the big cities in Europe were amazing...
for dirt cheap... Bali Indonesia... the resorts are lovely, the beer is good, and food and everything else is so very very cheap..
For clean... go Singapore..
Oh... I forgot about Aus... if you like red dirt, I'll shove a prawn on the barby and hand ya a tinnie...

I've been to France, Spain, Portgual, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Egypt, Malta and Cyprus. I have even been to Greenland.
I love Cyprus and just adore Italy with a passion. I used to live in Vancouver and The Rockie Mountains, and a piece of my heart will always remain there.
Of all the places I have been its Canada that is the most breath-takingly beautiful, without a doubt!!
