And you realise that number dropped consistently all the way through to WW1?
In fact, for the Armenian claim of 1.5 million Armenians killed in the deportation to be true, Every Armenian in Turkey would have to have been killed, AND THEN HALF OF THEM BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE AND KILLED AGAIN

I realise that Holocaust Deniers also have said on this very same forum that there could not have been 6+ million Jews in Europe in 1939.
I also realise that as the Nationalities Question came to be problematic around the turn of the century, various irregularities started to appear with censuses.
I'm also pretty sure that the Official Turkish History books designates 7-800,000 as having been 'deported'. (and subsequently died). I'm pretty sure even Mr. Organicfeeling suggested himself that 800,000 had died.
I think you should contact Turkey immediate with this new estimate. Show them the proof aswell.. but show us first.
