epirb: Your share market is flying high at the moment oobbs , you look like you have the theory of easy come easy go as risk management . Would you not like to put it in term deposit's , less return and less risk .Maybe a fifth in metal ,yellow shinny stuff as its cheap at the moment . Deposit rates here are rising and will soon be higher than when the crash happened . Risks are still there though .

My house plan is working pretty well so far. The beauty of it is I own less of the house than I did so if I lose it I haven't lost as much as I would have. My style of investing isn't suitable for everyone.
