I use Myers Briggs personality types for hiring process. <SNIP> (Hope that didn't hurt.)...doing the test in the net brings a problem that is most of the people will change the answer to fit some stereotype they believe or want to fit, by answering the questions differently...
Really. "MOST (of the) people"?
To what end? I'm an idealist, so, this makes no sense to me. Moreover, most people want to know themselves and, in private, will take the test in such a way as to get as much true insight as possible. OTOH, when a job might be on the line, one might expect people to dissemble in order to effect the personal veneer you describe. Maybe you are projecting a little. It happens. IN fact the realization of how much projection goes on is critical to actually "getting the clue" you may suspect others lack.
Just sayin... Timed test or not, a bright enough person knows how to skew results and can do so expeditiously. A REALLY bright person would realize the futility in doing so. But then maybe I'm just being and INFP "Idealist" there. No charge for the perspective and probably worth what you paid for it as well.
