I find running a great stress reliever.Instead of sitting in front of the TV and thinking about work, relationships, bills or any other stresses someone may have they should get out and run.
It clears the mind, blows away the cob webs and really helps you sleep and feel great.I would recommend it to anyone.

Any cardiovascular workout is great to help you sleep. Running, cycling and even speed walking will help. On days I don't run it takes me longer to fall asleep. When I run I am asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. Do it in the evenings and it gets rid of any built up excess energy.thumbs up

Download the couch to 5k app for your phone. It's a great app for beginners and will start you slowly and build you up to running 5k in a few months.

thumbs up

Walking might be the way to go. I sleep like a log if I have a half hour brisk walk in the evening. Don't overdo it because if you get the adreneline pumping then it's even harder to get to sleep after, just a mild sweat and a steady pace. Give it a try, even if you feel too tired in the evening.

Can't be bothered to quote first post to tired
Yoga is great
even try meditation and practice breathing, another good thing to try is oils or incense sticks

just look up stuff and find the right fit for you
