it was brought to my attention yesterday on a radio programme that there is a high stigma attached to smoking. so many stigma's floating around i rise above shallow stigmas

Not a bad thing TBH, having a stigma like that. I have a copy of Alan Carrs 'Easy Way' if anyone wants it send me a mail. The author himself said in the book, or at least implied that even if the book was shared and it stopped someone form smoking he'd be sound with that.

i desire to stop, im waiting on the right time, i lasted 1 month the last time and cracked. ive heard of carrs book sounds like a lot of people have quit using his book as a waythumbs up

I dont smoke, never really have and I dont mind if someone smokes...but i hate watching people smoke.
