Draegoneer: Abstinence is best.

It's better to try to protect and prevent than just kill because " it was a mistake". The absolute majority know the risks with out it. Why is pro-choice in the matter of intimate relations supposed to equal legalized murder?

Actually abstinence is not best because human being love in the real world, not the world of should and should not.

Abstinence has not "worked" for as long as there have been teenagers and teen pregnancy.

It is also, I believe a myth to think that a woman goes to terminate a pregnancy because she "made a mistake" - also, the male must take responsibility too - as it does not take just one to make a baby.

It is no easy decision - but these decisions should not be made by politicians.

Exactly. That's where accountability, responsibility, and respectability come into play. It does take two.

It does only take one to decide to abort or not to abort.

It may not necessarily be primarily teens that are the problem.

The majority know the risks.

America is so repressed and backward, too many religious fundamentalist involved in legislating "moral good" - and a lot of them appear to be hypocrites.
