The beliefs of today, such as they are, are really quite out of this world. The problem is that people don't believe in their lying eyes.
And belief is one thing, doing is another. For instance, many people know we need to transform ourselves from consumers into creators, and some of them are aware of what a life changingly austere and monumental shift this will be, but they still don't act and behave in respect to this fact. They don't rationally respond to that which they know to be true.
