So how will you be celebrating? australia

Will you be celebrating? dunno

For me it is a time to reflect on how the hell I got here? confused Oh that's right, plane. thumbs up

It didn't happen right away, I only came for 12 mths, then I met my ex-husband and ... the rest is history!

I live in a beautiful part of this country, and I am lucky enough to be driving close to the Coast just about every day and I often stop and remind myself how lucky I am. joy gotta go cartwheel

Spent a few days in Sydney with my son last week and loved it, so booked again to stay for Sunday and Monday, we'll see the Darling Harbour fireworks without having to get home too late, then have the next day to relax and wander round before coming home on Tuesday afternoon.

Yep, forecast is not great here, could have a shower - hope it's not like last year, had the worst weekend, non stop rain, and then continued for about a month!

It was a really peculiar match wasn't it. confused

Started off with Wawrinka looking very strong

Then Nadal gets injured and first the crowd boo him when he goes off court for quick treatment, then he fights on and the crowd cheering him on again. Starts to look like he might turn the tables and he's getting all the praise for being a wounded bull.

Wawrinka looses his mojo but comes back in the end. dunno

Felt a bit sorry for him really as Nadal's injury took a bit of the shine off his win as everyone was thinking Nadal was not 100%.

I think he might have beaten him anyway, without his injury.

Was an unusual final that's for sure. conversing
