RobP "broken object or restored object", something household that is broken or something household you have restored???

Going to be thoughts about this one. I did take a lot of before and after photos of a terrace house my wife and I did in Sydney. Would have been good for this comp except I am the one without those photos.

Okay, midnight Monday 24 Feb - I might be back from being away by then. Yep, going away again as my sister wants to celebrate her 60th around that time. Is that a "restored" object?

This item is not so much restored as revamped.

My son made three stools at school and as I don't have a breakfast bar or any bar for that matter, I had no use for them. They were a little tall to sit on as well, me being a shortarse an all blushing

Anyway, I needed some side tables, so came up with the idea to turn the stools upside down. I cut the legs and covered them with spiraled soldering wire to cover the cut legs. I added a vase and fake flowers. grin

I like my quirky little side tables and they cost me next to nothing. yay

Hehe, you picked the subject this time. Now if a Landie was classed as an "household" object (some would) then I might be able to repost one of my pics.

Looks like that lamp brings back fond memories of when your boys were young epirb. thumbs up

My grandparents had a kerosene heater. It stunk to high heaven but kept us kids warm when we were being babysat at their house. Whenever I smell kerosene now it takes me straight back to their cosy loungeroom and those carefree days, all those years ago. daydream

While struggling to hang a poster in a large frame, now hanging on the wall, I dropped it onto my laptop sitting on the desk and smashed the screen. Now I can only use it by connecting a second monitor. crying
