Kendall42: I've heard an answer similar to this, but was never told that the woman would appear to be a problem. Just a woman you couldn't get away with stuff with.

hmmmmm
Look, it was difficult enough to try and answer your question and stay inside the topic lines you so earnestly desired. I admit that I don't know the EXACT right way to explain it, that's why I wrote you in the first place. If it were that easy, we wouldn't be having this much prattle over it. Baggage, problem, issues, get away with stuff, whatever, you either got the meaning or you didn't. I tend to think you did, but just want to be defensive on any front. Hey, I tried to tell you the best way I knew how, I wasn't trying to be rude or anything like it. Do me a favor--just decide for yourself what the answer should be, and then you won't have anything to be wondering about. Geeze----mumbling

Kendall42: I guess since this is a more global forum and I kinda expect the regulars to chime in on this, I'll ask.
And this is for the men.

Do you find strong women, meaning strong minded , independent, self reliant, non submissive women too intimidating to approach?

I only ask if you post to actually answer the question, thanks.

There's nothing wrong with those qualities you mention Kendall.

The problem I find is that some take it to the extreme that they can't actually work together in a partnership with out thinking or saying that they won't be told what to do. Other times they are worried about bending too much and a few other odds and ends.

A partnership can't be one sided. Sometime the other person has a better idea. Occasionally there is only one option. Either way, it still takes two people to be able to communicate towards a common solution. There will always be variables but sometimes; there just doesn't seem to be much reasoning.

Each person is different and this doesn't apply to all by any means. I don't know "all". I only know some of what I've encountered. I don't bother with trying or wanting anything personal with a woman that comes across this way. It's better to stay acquainted or friends. No harm, no foul, and there have been times I've truly felt sorry for the guy that did as I sit and wonder if he wears aprons around the house and such too.

It shouldn't be a matter of control and/or submission. It should be a matter of being able to work together. A woman that can actually balance the majority of times with the proper actions, is usually admired, and appreciated more for the qualities.

Whoa slow your roll.
I was saying that what you said is what I have heard before. The only difference was that I was never told the part about a woman being a problem. You added something new.
I appreciated what you said with the addition.
That was it. No offense or anything behind it.

So calm down and breathe.

Hi Kendall
Yes its a Global forum, and no I'm not a man, Yes I find good strong, strong minded women, dosen't mean we can never be approached,....we can be positive to what we believe in, Independent, yes, we have to brave a lot of storm waters when young and alone. Submissive, I suppose when our guards are down, Intimidating no,its not the grab hair and club times.

Times move, cool chicks are in charge of their personality.

If you wish..

However, I would stick to natural materials one would already have in the house, silk scarves and ties.
