chris27292729: I am for an elected one.-What about you.???

right now, i prefer a constitutional monarchy. I think a monarchy can achieve two things: stability, and long-term planning. and less 4 years "kings". monarchy might defend the interests of the people, as they are separate from political fights, but there are other aspects to consider.

if we look into politics, and the way our "democracy" is set up, politicians are not elected based on their managerial qualities or skills, and have any obligation to do anything for people.. and they are a real cost to society. their only concern is getting elected.. and use the perks.

right now in Europe you have quite a few "kings and queens", acting either as prime minister or presidents:

France: king beu beu (poodle barking)
UK –King Cmom !
Spain: King Makebelive III
Portugal: King makebelieve xiv
Greece: King makebelieve X
etc, etc, etc,
all the others are Kings makebelieve.

as we don’t have a real democracy anywhere in the world, a "royal family" is not at the top of my fears!

cheers
