I've come and gone from here quite a few times, but always with the same profile, usually just hidden, but also deleted a few times as well. Thing is, it doesn't get deleted after a month, it's still there, so why make a new one?
Taking some of the other posts into consideration, I originally joined for the forums, and in all likelihood, I'll leave because of them as well. Taking a break from them occasionally isn't always a bad idea either, maybe coming back with a fresh perspective, or maybe never coming back at all.
bettybj: Some interesting answers, why not just delete your profile if your dating someone and make a new one if things don't work out.
I wonder how long people leave a profile up/hidden before deleting it if dating.
If I meet someone I'll be gone and if it goes to pot I'll come back with new profile.

you cant make another profile unless you use another email, I was off here for months, came back and found I didn't need to start a new profile as the old one was still on the server
