Grateful for what exactly?

I'm reminded of a great quote from The Bucket List: "Never waste a hard-on, pass a toilet or trust a fart"...or something like that

I disagree. There are men in their 60s who look great. Just like women its luck and taking care of self.

Do they have to be grateful? Of course, there is nothing worse than being taken for granted but I think that has to do with someone's personality and not whether they are old or young. It's nice to meet someone with manners though. Makes all the difference.

I think the gratitude thing is as a result of another thread on aul wans being grateful for any kind of attention at all....at least that is what I have gleaned from various sources since this was posted laugh All meant in humour but yes, manners and graciousness make all the difference.
