Sometimes go with the fetta cheese instead of the real cow cheese. My local supermarket has changed the semi-dried tomatoes to something with oil and basil but not so tasty. I try and get some roasted peppers to replace the tomatoes but hard to get them.

Chargrilled capsicum is nice
Put it under the grill until the skin blisters and burns a little, let it cool a bit then put it in a plastic bag to sweat.
The skin will slide off easily and it's quite yummy and sweet.
I've just finished building a verandah, now I've started building a dining table with the wood I have left over. I love to create things with my hands and brain, it makes me feel very alive and worthwhile.
Reminded me of a coffee table I created. I like creating things too, but unfortunately it doesn't make me feel any more alive, nor worthwhile.
