In response to: Looking at 22 April as the cut-off as this will let some get out over Easter.
I know I like the cooler nights, and as of tomorrow, it won't be so dark in the mornings. But it will be nice during the day.

I was watching Landline this afternoon and there was a story about farmers growing poppies in Vic as a trial crop.
oh yeah do see a few blue mini's around, me i give them a miss these days...

Few poppies grown in Gisborne as well , lived in town a short while to experience third world conditions .A neighbour had a poppy growing next to his doorstep . I watched while a car drove into our road ,did a U-turn outside his house ,door swung open as a girl got out leapt his fence , pulled his poppy and returned to the car and was gone . Took less time than it took me write this .

The Autumn body snatchers , left hand body is the Stag that's killed two of my willows . 250 kilos of meat hanging there , be worth a lot to buy in a supermarket . Had these guys here for a few days hunting .

hehe I was asked by a local how to do you tell if you have found a horse mushroom , simple I said , "if it looks like a button mushroom and it's six inches across its one . Seen a biggy today 10 inches dia , plain white though . Raining last night and today so I am expecting lots of musheys soon as its still warm .Taken this morning...

Serene next time you are in Melbourne, put it on your to do list.
You will love it, at least 80 sculptures in a meandering garden surrounded by bush in the hills around the small valley it is in.
It has been about 3 years since I have been there, and time I returned. You walk out different to what you were when you walk in.
