Ok, sorry, but I have been away here and there. A few of us will be meeting in Melbourne on Sunday May 4th, at about noon,,The problem is ..not sure where yet. Will only be there for the afternoon/early evening.
It was going to be for longer but things change..When I can think of a place I will let you know.
Hi wash, As I said , it was just an Idea, Being as it will be a Sunday afternoon meet up and some people will be driving a pub is not a good place to go.. My problem is that I have not lived in Melbourne for about 20 years so the place has changed no doubt..If you can think of a good place let me know on 0448002691. cheers.

Know the problems of "here & there." Had a similar situation early this year when someone from my high school (50th anniversary) was visiting from OS and someone wanted to organise something over New Years. Not many takers on short notice and also during the Xmas pre-planned break.
4th May and I will be north of Sydney so unable to make this. Would suggest the Riverfront Cafe just down from Federation Square as a good place to meet up (we have had a few impromptues there). From there, you have options of Y&Js or Belgian Cafe (great food at realistic prices on Sundays).
