My daughter is turning 20 on Easter Sunday so we will do something special the night before.
Im working a 2 hour shift at the Easter Market on Sunday as well.
The only time of year that Halls Gap grows from 300 locals to 5000 tourists.
The Stawell Gift runs that weekend. Busier than any other time of the year.

I might be working Monday, have yet to find out. Don't mind one way or the other, get penalty rates if I do. I don't normally go away at Easter as everything is busier, more expensive so I take my breaks other times.

The kids asked me to go camping,but I am in the middle of packing to move,so thought I would decline this year,plus it's a wee bit cold for me,the joys of getting older,

After trying to make plans for a trip to SA for a Land Rover weekend (maybe go somewhere with others .... no takers), ....like also to let my daughter "get away" to my place from her zoo while niece and family where down.
But NO, I am now stuck with doing the Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday

I can have dark chocolate (no fats for the diabetes). Got new camper today

Well I've been killing rabbits. I had to, so many of them. Hmmm, some did claim to be easter bunnys but I killed them anyway.

As much as I would have loved the squid, had a buyer come around today for one of my vehicles
2 down and 3 to go. Place is going to look empty soon, better slow down as only so much change at a time.
Going to do the mad dash to the shops in the morning to get Easter Eggs for 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 .... lots of people. Might have to lash out and insert a coin for a trolley.

Anyone doing anything special for Easter?
I am just taking the extra Public Holidays off and going to enjoy the long break.
Just had a friend up from Sydney for a weekend visit which was great to catch up and just flew by.
Got to catch up with my sis and her hubby, they are going o/s for 10 weeks
Gotta try and do it soon .... before my 60th in a couple of years time.
