its a prepaid Mobile Broadband service. I buy in $180 blocks, gives me 12GB that is good for 365 days, Telsta is now saying its costing MB 1.46c was 1.27c per MB

No bills, NO THROTTLING, fastest available broadband outside major CBD's, faster than most Satellite service certainly any i've seen or used.

is cheap

SORRY GUYS, BUT WE ARE WELL OFF TOPIC HERE.

Yeah, I have made the change because another provider (Optus is not Aussie) has provided me a better deal. Now Telstra, after my change, has advised me they can do better.frustrated dunno Yeah, after I changed.dunno

that's close to $15 Robo , not sure about my speeds but can watch U-Tube coming in . Takes an age sending one up though . My contract you can watch what you like after 12 pm and before 6 am . I also have a data tank that keeps my unused GB's for three months .

i have no contract, NextG 4 is fastest in this country however the Donga i have is NextG 3 it flies, i can open webpages like my OM-D page after cleaning computer and it loads within minute from scratch
You haven't any choice but Wash, he has a phone thing IPad or something, he had a contract and stated he couldn't open the OM-D thread, or upload pictures etc while i'm trying to say the Pre Paid Mobile Boardband is fast, cheaper than being on a contract and you get to use what you pay for, what you pay for doesn't get lost if isn't used with month or whatever.
Only time the block i purchase can get lost is if its unused after one year. No chance of that, i get through two may two half lots of $180 in a year maybe. Roughly $300 or $400 total for year, peanuts compared to what most on here are paying, but either they are stuck with silly contracts, or lost there listen

om-d was an issue on my 3 gb hehe after 12 pm be a doddle . Mixed contracts that have to have a land line phone is what the problem is for others . Breaking the "land line wire link" is the way forward . Not everybody will walk away from a home phone to voip . I don't know if there is enough capacity on satellite in Aus to take all that want it , certainly has been a problem here . Bit different now with new satellite space . Not to mention more than one provider . Suns shinning motorcycle

its blowing here, about to rain by the looks

The Donga (is/has mobile phone #) uses Telstra Mobile Phone network, same service people upload, exchange data with mobile phones across the country only service in Australia faster probably is the new fiber optic service, maybe
So if someone is travelling they can go with satellite or mobile phone service. Mobile Phone faster than most satellite services and cheaper, no throttling and no contract counts heaps of good-josh in my book

Hey Wash wave

Are you still happy to set up the photo comp for May?

Sorry to take so long to nominate a topic but I've been a bit distracted lately.

How about 'Cold Comfort' seeing it's turning cold these past few days where I am anyway grin

laugh Hi Rob, yes it did get a bit cold here for a few days. Perhaps that's why it was a bit of a shock cause it's usually so mild.

I'm all good here thumbs up Thanks for asking hug
