I disagree both women and men are best in their 40's
Women in their 30's have one thing on their mind ..babies ..women in 20's want fun and no commitments..women in 40's are stable and fun and are more akin to a women in their 20's ..don't mean to be stereotypical just my observations.

Personally, I am much more self-confident and knowledgeable about what I like/dislike etc since I hit my 40s. I am enjoying every second of it!
