I like abeer now and again but I don't over indulge I think being sensible is the problem I see people who once they start they carry on regardless however to make a joke of people dying due to any addiction is not right

I think bungallow55 sees it in the right context now, however this is a medically recognized disease where sensibility has no role. It's a case of people being sick rather than people being bad. When an aloholic takes a drink something happens to them that doesn't happen to you. It sets up an allergic reaction where the alcoholic is mentally obsessed and physically compelled to drink. Total abstinence is the only answer that has been found to work. I don't mean to belabor the point, it's just something that I am somewhat of an expert about.
