Right in the process of doing online shopping a First for me..using Tescos (UK)..know all about the basics, bread,milk,sugar,coffee,eggs,cheese...but need some advice on tasty items to put in Freezer ???

Thank you for the suggestions gives me a better idea of what should be getting instead of stocking up on items that eventually get thrown out or given away..pointless buying a whole chicken for 1 even if on offer

Why is a chicken pointless? I often buy a chicken, roast it and then I have almost a week of various chicken based dishes, I make my students laugh with my home baked bread and chicken sandwiches, but amazing how fast they learn to appreciate a good old fashioned Chicken salad sandwich.
