I have surmised that girls say they want a nice guy & want to date them except in reality they befriend the nice guy then always date the jerk who always hurt them, they wonder why they always get hurt but never see the fact that the guy that wouldn't hurt them is standing right in front of them comforting them
Am I the only guy to work this out or is there more that I'm just missing?

What is 'nice' and what is a 'jerk'
My interpretation is (taking into account that I'm twice your age but whatever lol) .. nice can equal boring, predictable and ho hum.
Jerk can equal exciting, interesting and captivating.
Are you nice as in unique, interesting, spontaneous, romantic, captivating ...??

I'm nice as in the guy you settle down with because I am interesting, romantic, unique very unique one of a kind no one else like me

You do realize that that remark just cancelled itself out
Your uniqueness morphs into being the same as everyone else
It's like applying for a job, you have to stand out from the crowd
benny86: I am disabled girls hear that then never talk with me again they don't even bother to ask what I have nor try to understand what I have because I'm not worth their time due to being disabled
So Benny do you mean on here or in everyday life
Both which is frustrating, disheartening and depressing for the disabilities I have don't stop me or hold me back nor will they because I won't let my in abilities hinder me that's why I'm becoming a disabled care worker to teach other disabled people that they can't let the disabilities they have hold them back

Advocacy is also needed for the world at large, discrimination toward people with disabilities is something that can only be addressed with education and understanding.
Finding romance is tough enough without having prejudice standing in the way
Oh Benny, I can so relate to how your feeling cause I have a disability also and have experienced that silence of no reply or the look of disappointment in the eyes of a potential date when the truth is revealed. What hurts the most is they seem so keen at first but the sting of rejection hurts all the more when I know the reason I've been rejected is something I cannot change about myself.
But I grew strong through changing my attitude to be 'I'm choosing' and those who are that superficial are not worthy of my friendship and kept looking for those with more substance and character.
Believe me there are wonderful, caring, courageous people all around us and many on this site. I have made friends with several on this site alone cause I shared who I was inside on the forums and connected with others. These people are very precious to me and will always remain dear friends to me.
Be proud, turn the tables and do the choosing, keep trying and contact anyone who takes your fancy and before you know it you will be surrounded by love and friendship.
