dont bother its a scam..if you want to stop smoking you need will power..you need to be strong minded

What Glatlol said.....same with patches, gum, inhalers, cold turkey and any other way to give up, no point in trying unless you are ready and determined.
its all down to will power was off them for 7 years whit will power back on them now finding it very hard this time to give but hypnosis worked for a friend mine

if its hard as you say then you dont really want to quit..you just realize you're doing damage to yourself but at the same time you enjoy a smoke and that enjoyment outweighs the damage you're doing to yourself..you'll quit when you're ready
I spent a bomb on a hypnotist ... My excuse ? he was recommended and he had 'rooms' in Merrion Square, I thought he was abit 'odd' but he lightened my purse no problem. He taught me to go into deep relaxation and I would go home and sleep soundly without waking up many times through the night, I had numerous sessions.... to no avail. He got a few hundred out of me. Meditation, relaxation, not watching TV going to bed, walking during the day and cutting out stimulants coffee/tea helped. Most of them are useless and if they work.. i believe its the placebo effect.

You have to be relaxed.. Doesnt work if you're a wound up like a ferret on cocaine i reckon..

A friend spent a fortune on a hypnotist for this. Left his rooms, lit up and carried on smoking

I would assume if someone else can hypnosis you then you can do it by yourself.
Hypnosis,I'd say waste of money but it does seem to work for some so could be wrong.

Will need to see the before and after photo's just to be sure.If you want to felt up ya need to book an appointment.And im not cheap
