I am so tired of people judging me by my looks (31)

It also happened to me a while back... I just ignored him after knowing that women in his origin are only going to rob their men through the court....
you better ignore people who seem to know everything without even trying your shoes...

If your doctor is judging you, then maybe look for a new doctor.
People are judged on more than their looks. Their actions can say so much more.
