At some stage spiritual window shopping becomes obstructive, tis better to look deeply into a mirror, if we can't do that, then there is a need to question whether your conditioned reasoning harbors flaws causing problems that only you can really observe.

Our parents, friends and others, well meaning as they might have been, probably had problems you were able to observe, as Theresa just pointed out, she could only do so by being honest in her examination.

Like onion-skins beneath problems are their causes, and honestly examining those to my mind, requires guidance because if we already knew the nature of our sufferings we would have corrected them long ago.

Qualifying the source of any guidance is essential, nothing should be taken on face value or without close examination, I think at some stage we should stop the spiritual window shopping and seriously examine our thoughts process and do something...
