abcWOMAN: I wonder what patriotic people are doing on an international dating site?
I've seen quite a few posts about "throwing" people out.
I thought people were here for one reason, to find their other half INTERNATIONALLY? Or at least I like to think that's the reason why people join this site in the first place. This is just a reflection from someone who lives in Europe.

Everything on CS is real, even when it's not. tolerance is not "used and lived" everywhere.

Perhaps there is a better word to
describe it, but I do not know it.
I meself have noticed how some
White low class men here will
persue the typical petite asian type,
maybe cos they are tired of what they
have at home, but maybe,
just maybe (bare with me here)
they are desperate and no
decent woman in their own
land will lay with them.
Some others seem deeply
wounded on their ego if
a foreigner makes a pass at them.

I've noticed both men and women, sort of "protecting" their country (I won't name any country) from foreigners at least in words through their posts on the forum. I've read posts like "throwing people out" who don't fit in and "importing" wives etc etc
That's what make me wonder what their purpose was when they joined an international dating site like CS in the first place. I doubt they have genuine feelings for other nationalities.
I guess you're right, they can't find what they're looking for locally and thinks it's easier to find someone far away. One thing to remember for everybody, people are not less smarter in other countries.

I joined the .ie site and found the Intl forums afterwards. Have never looked for someone long distance as I dont believe it works.
When I was looking I looked locally and just use forums to chat and pass the time.

Like you, I didn’t join CS for the forums. I was hoping to get to know someone not too far away from me. I’m not looking anymore and I’m certainly not looking for a long-distance relationship. I’ve already said goodbye, but got stuck on the puzzle section.

peachmelba: There are lots of good foreigners here in Eire that work hard,,,,thete are those that claim benefits manage to get work plus claiming for their families to send home to them,.lalot of their families back home are extremely poor I'm not saying that their not and many in fear etc etc,,.lthere are also alot of Beverly gap hard working foreigners here not leaking the system too and living on hardly anything to send their hard earned wage to those back home.
