Each day I try to concentrate on he positives in my life, sometimes a small blessing I have taken for granted in the past.
So even when situations are negative, I try to see the positive. Of course I have times when to much on my plate and many problems. Then I count some of my blessings and it often helps me to feel better. I see blessings as having a gat car, or meeting a great guy. I also count blessings I use to take for granted, a bed, 4 walls,electric working, having 3 cats that love me......
I have been doing this for about 3 years now. I have found it has kept me from emotionally falling down, (most of the time), I have a better attitude in general.
So wanted to share in case someone here wants to try the same. If your having a bad day, or been depressed about life, it can work for you if you want it too. Not a know i all Not an expert on the issue, just know how it has helped me and offerring food for thought.
I like hearing the good things that happen in other lives. So what was positive for you today? Me, I got through totech support for pc quickly and matter was handled in a few minutes. A neighbor carried in 2 heavy packages by my door. I am having only slight pain compared to recent physical condition, So share 1 or 4 that happened o you. Could use some good news.
