It's never hopeless. You can always change something about you, your methods or your circumstances to increase your chances of success. Don't be downtrodden because you haven't found love on here - it's long odds to begin with - and those that do find love here are just very, very lucky,

Wow do I know how you feel. Love is funky--if you look for it you can't seem to find it, but if you don't try, it doesn't seem to find you. Sometimes it happens when you least expect it. As for me, it wasn't happening the way I wanted it to (the old fashioned, just happen to meet, etc...) so I threw in the towel and tried it on the computer. Not so much good luck. Yet. There may be a great relationship in the wings, though. We haven't met in person yet, but are going to in a couple of months. I am staying optimistic. We must try, and be our own best friend, and not give up. Best to you.
