Uncle Sonny (it was all the family called him although I did find out when he passed away that his name was George) was very overwight throughout his working life. He was the gatekeeper at the Shell refinery in Sydney for most of his life. When he retired, he joined weight watchers and lost massive amounts of fat.
But his skin stayed the same streched stuff. Just watch out for that bit, you don't want to look like Walter Matteau.
