Changing my ways just a little chat (11)
In response to: As everyone knows I've changed my eating habits . Yes lookin I understand you'd prefer a beer bourbon.
I'm finding life is so good right now! Everything else seems to be changing as well my attitude out look on life . Whether this means my diabetes and everything else is coming under control and thus everything else falls into line I have no idea
So life is good yep
And no this doesn't mean I've found someone or got laid . Just the world feels so different so nice . Yes work is still a drag but when I'm using it as a form of exercise the day does go faster !
And to have no knee pain or very little everyday is so good. Of course at my age i do have other areas of pain but they are manageable!!
Sorry off track life is not all about my pain . I'm off in a couple of hours to have a late lunch with some of my co workers along the parade at Norwood . Who would have thought not long ago I wouldnt have bothered .So all in all lifes gotten better
