Not a leader but more like a facilitator and the main bread earner.
(Now, ladies, please don't kill me for dubbing us men as the "main bread earner" because, believe me ladies, i don't want you to work hard that will affect your mind and body negatively. We men want you women to be healthier and happier because the more happy and healthy you are, the better "performer" we arewink )

Oh....it absolutely happens that women earn more than their men. My point is women don't need to work if the men are able to provide for them. It is men's responsibilities to provide for the family even if it means working 2 jobs. Women are too good to do any hard work.

That's very sweet, mnowsa but many women, myself included, enjoy working. Heck I'd rather be behind a desk than scrubbing the kitchen floor! laugh

I'm an adult, I can make my own decisions and could only deal with another adult who can do the same.

My approach always was that a couple should be a team. wine

Wow so if a man earns the most he is the leader, might earn more but definatly can't multitask like women, and most men couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery without a good woman behind them :))
I await the response

That would imply leadership is bought.

That maybe true in business and politics in some cases. Certainly, leadership isn't always about skill, it seems.

I wonder if families should be modelled on business, or political dynamics. Dog eat dog families and aggressive competition for power, control, wealth and status?

Btw, my family is all women and we share.

Wasn't having a go at men it's just their brains are different, they put everything into boxes and only deal with one box at a time.

Ah but true multitasking is bad. Means that everything is done not to it's best quality.

Yes. Doesn't matter what's earned or whatever. If I marry a woman that then turns out to be very successful... most men get all intimidated and afraid and narky. Me? Early retirement comes to mind. peace
