Stick to the tea and you will be grand. Sometimes its best to just go and meet someone instead of ages txting or talking on the fon cos you will never know how you feel about someone until you actually meet them. Good luck anyhow and take care

It's strange one ,I haven't really thought about ciggies much and when I used to smoke and I was feeling bit nervous I'd light one up and yes it did relax me more,,

A first meet is actually better over a daytime coffee than a night time drink. It is less pressurised. It's also easier to escape if it isn't working out
