Why not make the first move ? Cos I have to assume if someone has viewed me and not messaged me they're not interested !!

Unless he can't due to mailing restrictions, then he is showing his interest perhaps

reading between the lines if she asks why a specific person views and doesn't contact by mail in my opinion sounds Luke she would like to get a mail from that person so why not cut the chase and mail . Us guys send mail out and I my a fraction gets replied to , so what goes around comes around I supposeWhy not make the first move ? Not everyone can send mail depending on filter settings and this is a "hint" that they want to get in contact methinks.

If I used to see a profile that was interesting/well-written, I'd often send a message just to let them know. If they didn't reply, no biggie. But I would have had no problem sending the first mail.

I would suppose they weren't interested. I get a lot of views as well and not many emails.
