Just bringing to everyones attention the new "Invasion of Privacy" which most people (until some stats are provided by the real estate agency, I cannot provide actual numbers but I have made the assumption that very few people are looking at "beached whales in Mornington") would not have noticed until the news media decided a picture of a beached whale in a Melbourne backyard would be newsworthy.

Apparently the male member of the adjoining property to the one For Sale laughed at the unsightly mess in his backyard as shown on the advertising billboard.

On a positive note, he may get some compensation out from the real estate mob during the divorce proceedings.

epirb: I wonder if she would have had her nose out of joint if she had been offered money for the use of her image . Media need a steady stream of crap to sell their add space and not averse to using compromising pics of the public if it suits .

I'm telling you now cuz, if a drone took pics of me sunbaking in backyard in a G string cool .... The thing would've smacked into the back fence forsure rolling on the floor laughing wow barf

Epirb, the NZ $ (okay cents) you would have offered would probably have been too much for the "show" on offer.

Simple fact is that if the husband had not mentioned the "unsightly spot" in their place no one would have noticed.

This has resulted in a lot of stuff regarding the Privacy Laws.

Google Street View has hit the headlines a bit about what they do. They do make every effort to obscure license plates of vehilces and faces they capture.

A couple of years ago, my work colleagues did for some reason look up an ex-employees of mine's address. Google Street View does its best to eliminate identification of information captured but if anyone was looking up this particualr address, they would see a very well-endowered man. He would win a 3-legged race so easily on his own.

If anyone has managed to get a look at the "photo of concern" they might understand why no one would ever want to publish it.

The "photo of concern" would encourage people to look at the cost of erecting higher fencing if they were successful at acquirying the adjoining property.
