finding yourself isn't going to happen over night , its a long process. it all depends why you are feeling lost and only you can answer than ! maybe try some reflection / meditation and see if that sheds any light! I have a friend who is mad into this kind of stuff and he often talks about these lists . where you ask the universe for what ever you want , write it down and see what happens , it sounds a bit odd but it could be a good starting point ! thumbs up

Take this from an old head.......... do not waste your precious youth chasing for things that come to us naturally as the years slip by........The greatest gift we can gift ourselves is inner peace and for me that came from living in the here and now, not in the past and not in the future ........it is very true "Youth is wasted on the young"

Stop fretting and enjoy your life ......dancing dancing

This is a wild guess, but I imagine homecoming to an empty house or flat? The question 'what am I doing this all for', a feeling of no purpose, no real destination ahead?

My suggestion differs from others here. I'd advise look into the gaming community. Not gambling, completely different ball game. Gaming on the internet involves entering a sort of alternate reality via your screen and keyboard. You create a character. live through adventures, end with goals and with feelings of achievement, the reason many of us gamers love what we are doing. It gives a feeling of freedom and something to look forward to after work and what not.

There is a huge variety of games available, depending what genre you enjoy. For a newcomer I would advise trying out Runescape. Very simple graphics (a bit of a putt-off) but therefore no big download and install. Runescape works just with your browser. Many kids playing, but also a lot of adults, females inlcuded.

If you like Tolkien, look at Lord of the Rings Online. A bit outdated now, but still full of charm. Go and explore Middle Earth, get yourself a headphone and mic (cheap from Tescos) and you can speak with people right inside the game. A lot of females playing this game, many adult players.

If science-fiction tickles your fancy, try out Star Wars the Old Republic. Become a Jedi yourself, or choose to fight as a Sith. Lightsabers, countless planets to visit, very immersing as you have a lot of cut scenes. A bit like reading a novel, where you yourself take part in, with choices and all. Fewer female players (we do exist though!) but many adults. If you want to not just type but speak to people, you will have to join a 'guild'. Most bigger guilds have their own Team Speak servers. A lot of laughter to be had there :)

Entropia Planet Calypso. Players who stay with it tend to be adults. This game can make or break your bank. People who put sincere effort into it, have ended paying for their college or paid mortgages off. Others come to it with big income (some truly rich players there) and enjoy spending it on ammunition to go out hunting. It is another science fiction based environment. Very strange, very big, very beautiful.

Second Life. Not a game, but it can get your very creative. Huge adult community, lots to explore, all player created.

World of Warcraft. Ozzy Osbourne was mad on it, William Shatner, to name but two. It is still considered the biggest of all the games. Fantasy based.

I have met people from all walks of life over the years through gaming, and obviously from all over the planet. You can be as social or as much of a loner as you wish, it is entirely up to you, and most of these games offer to play for free, you only have to download. Should you like it, you can pay and get extras, often well worth it, but the costs are regardless very low. Most people will spend a lot more just on one night out, compared to what a game of your liking will cost you in one months (average maybe 15 euros). There is nothing lost in trying, and maybe it is exactly what will help you out at this moment in time, feeling a bit lost.
