sounds awesome. only that this one is already in the iron pot with veggies to become the broth. Can I do the all stuffing backing stuff after cooking? I kind of doubt if that could change anything if all the bird is already cooked?

...welllllll.thats a new one on me. either your gonna bake it or boil it....???????..having stuffing/roast potatoes.....with broth doesent sound right to me
I think have a solution. This one went for a broth. It's awesome :). The bird itself is also good. It was cooked about 7 hours on very low fire. Soft, humid. Good for cold weather outside.
But I have another in the freezer. This one I am going to bake for a Christmas Eve. Covered with bacon. with some things inside. Probably apples :)))

make some small stuffing balls...with ...minced pork/apricots thats what i do.....really yummy.....
