..actully......cook it like a pheasant.....bacon over it /cover in loose foil.....and a small raw potato inside to keep it moist.....bake in moderate oven prox 30minutes.......thumbs up

only that this one is already in the iron pot with veggies to become the broth.
Can I do the all stuffing backing stuff after cooking?
I kind of doubt if that could change anything if all the bird is already cooked?

I think have a solution.
This one went for a broth.
It's awesome :).
The bird itself is also good. It was cooked about 7 hours on very low fire. Soft, humid.
Good for cold weather outside.

But I have another in the freezer. This one I am going to bake for a Christmas Eve. Covered with bacon. with some things inside. Probably apples :)))

Im getting hungry again.

make some small stuffing balls...with ...minced pork/apricots thats what i do.....really yummy.....thumbs up
